The PLAY OFF group trains tomorrows gastronomy specialists.
Since 1999 we train young people aged 16 to 25. Throughout their apprenticeships our trainees get to know the complete group of companies. Further they obtain schoolings concerning specialist issues, and are able to prove and demonstrate their know-how in the realization of projects. Our philosophy is as follows:
Todays trainees are tomorrows managers!
At the time being we have 35 trainees for the following professions:
Specialist in systematic gastronomy
Specialist in hotel and catering industry
Cook
Management assistant in event organisation
Office management assistant
